Are there any side effects to any of your supplements?
While there are no known short or long term side effects with our products, we do understand that with any supplementation, folks can respond differently given their unique body chemistries. When trying anything new, we always suggest starting with the smallest dose and taking on a day when you don’t have much going on so you can monitor how you feel before increasing a dose if desired/applicable.
We know it can be intimidating trying new things, and we have a great Keep It Guarantee policy. And, if you do try something out and have any questions or aren’t loving your experience - we always want to hear about it and do what we can to help.
Can I take Onnit supplements with my current medications?
While we go to great lengths to make sure our products have a very positive safety profile, we are not able to advise on circumstances regarding medical needs, conditions or medication interactions. We advise contacting your doctor before introducing any products, as they will have extensive knowledge on how to advise for your individual needs.
Are you supplements for men, women, and/or children?
Yep! All our supplements are formulated for all adults 18+. However, individuals who are pregnant, nursing, or have underlying health conditions should consult a healthcare provider before use.
Can I take Onnit supplements while pregnant or nursing?
While we ensure our products have a strong safety profile, individual needs may vary. Please consult your healthcare provider before using any Onnit supplements during pregnancy or nursing.
Will Onnit products flag on a drug test?
Aside from Alpha BRAIN® Black Label, Alpha BRAIN® Pre Workout, and Alpha BRAIN® Focus Shots and Alpha BRAIN® Neuro Gummies which do contain caffeine, all Onnit Products are otherwise caffeine and stimulant-free. While they should not flag any false positives on a drug test, we cannot guarantee there are no possible interactions with other vitamins or supplements the individual is currently taking. We always advise you to check in with the testing facility prior to the test to clarify what to expect from testing.

Where are your products manufactured?
Our individual ingredients are sourced globally and our supplements, aside from the MCT Oil, are manufactured in the US. The MCT Oil is manufactured in Canada.
All products are manufactured in third-party facilities that are GMP-certified. This means they follow strict standards to ensure product quality, safety, and consistency.
Do you test for heavy metals?
All of our products are manufactured in cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) certified facilities and are tested within the specifications and requirements of the FDA. In addition, we require third-party testing on every product lot to confirm it meets the product specification, label claims, and safety requirements. While our quality specifications vary from product to product, this typically includes micro and pathogen testing, potency testing, and heavy metal and contaminant testing. Ingredients are tested upon receipt to verify identity, purity, strength, and composition, ensuring quality materials are used in production.
Will Onnit supplements break a fast?
Generally, most folks don't consider supplementation to break a fast as the caloric intake is so minimal- but this will depend on your specific needs. Be sure to note the suggested use for each supplement, as some like Alpha BRAIN® are best taken with food.
