If your tracking information is showing as "delivered" but you cannot locate your package we suggest checking around your address, including all entrances and behind any objects that could potentially hide the package from view. It's also a good idea to reach out to your immediate neighbors or the leasing office/mail room in your building (if applicable) to see if they may have received it by mistake.
Sometimes, drivers may scan packages as "delivered" when they begin servicing an entire street, block, or neighborhood. In such cases, the scan is premature and it may take a little more time for the delivery to be completed.
