Managing your subscription is simple! You can view your plan, update payment information, change or pause your subscription, or cancel at any time. Use the videos below for step-by-step visual guidance, or follow the text instructions alongside each video for easy self-service.
You can quickly do any of the following:
Navigate to your Subscription Dashboard
Update Billing Information
Update Subscription Address
Manage Upcoming Orders
Navigate to your Subscription Dashboard
From any page on the website, click your name in the top-right corner.
Open your Account Dashboard.
Select the ‘Subscriptions’ tab in the top menu.
View all your active and inactive subscriptions.
Update Billing Information
Scroll to the Billing section and click the arrow to expand.
Click the edit icon.
Confirm to receive an email for updating your payment info.
Open the email and complete the form to update your card.
Tip: Make sure your card is valid and has enough funds.
Update Subscription Address
Scroll to the Shipping section and click the arrow to expand.
Choose an address from your Address Book, or click + Add a New Address to enter a new one.
Managing Your Upcoming Orders
Edit Next Order Date: Click the date in the top left and choose a new renewal date.
Skip or Send Now (top right):
Skip Order – skip just the next shipment, keep your usual frequency.
Send Now – process your order immediately.
Adjust Frequency: Change how often your subscription ships (helpful if you need more time between shipments).
Pause Subscription: Take a short break; your subscription will automatically resume on the next renewal date.
