Cancel a Subscription

To cancel, simply visit our Cancellation Wizard and follow the guided steps.

Or:

1. Go to your Account Dashboard

2. Click Subscribe & Save

3. Select the subscription you'd like to cancel

4. Click Cancel Subscription

5. Follow the prompts through the cancellation wizard
   – You'll be asked to share feedback on why you're canceling
   – Be sure to complete all steps until you see the final confirmation screen

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete.

Double-check the Subscribe & Save page to make sure the cancellation went through.

Want to Unsubscribe from Emails?

If you're looking to stop marketing emails (not product subscriptions), here's how:

• Open any marketing email from us

• Scroll to the bottom and click Unsubscribe

Or:

1. Visit your Communication Preferences in your account

2. Adjust your email subscription settings

To resubscribe to a product, you’ll need to place a new order and opt back in to Subscribe & Save at checkout.
