Still don’t see tracking? It might still be processing—hang tight, we’ll email you as soon as it’s on the move!
Order Processing Time
Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During big promotions or restocks, it might take a little longer—but we promise we’re on it!
Shipping Timeframes
Standard shipping usually takes:

3–7 business days for U.S. orders

7–21 business days for international orders (depending on location and customs)
If your order is running behind, check your tracking link first. Occasionally, carriers experience delays that are out of our hands, but we’re always happy to help if something looks off.
Trouble with Tracking?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in a few days or says “delivered” but you don’t have your package:
