What do I do if I didn't receive my order confirmation details?
If you have not received a confirmation email for your order it may have been filtered into a junk or spam folder. If it is not there, the complete order history can be found in your Account Dashboard. Once logged in, head to Order History from the navigation menu to review all previous orders and their details.
Alternatively, there may have been a typo in the email address as it was entered. To verify this, please attempt to log into the account with your email address. If login was successful the email address is correct - yay!
What do I do if I didn't receive tracking information?
Once items have shipped and we have generated the shipment details, tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to update on the carrier's website. If you aren't seeing any tracking information in your inbox, your package may have not shipped yet and will not show any tracking information until processed.
In either case, your Account Dashboard can verify your order status. Utilize the Track Order feature by supplying the email address that was used for the order and the delivery zip or postal code.
