There are many phases in the lifecycle of an order from when it is placed to when it has shipped. You won't see every single status when viewing your order details in your Account Dashboard, so we want to explain some of that lifecycle for you:
- Placed - The order was finalized and confirmed, currently queued for fulfillment.
- Visible in your Order History in your Account Dashboard.
- Visible in your Order History in your Account Dashboard.
- Released - The packing slip is printed and the order is actively being fulfilled. Once the order has been Released, the order details are locked in and no edits or modification can be made.
- Not visible in your Order History in your Account Dashboard.
- Not visible in your Order History in your Account Dashboard.
- Shipped - The items are boxed and the shipping label has been printed, package is ready for carrier pickup. Tracking information is available at this point but not active until with the carrier and scanned onto the truck. Tracking can take up to 24 hours before it becomes active. Please allow at least 24 hours before reaching out with concern.
