As communicated in our detailed Refund Policy, we require the return of any unused product and items that do not qualify for our Keep It Guarantee to receive a full refund. Empty bottles and damaged items (that have not been perviously disclosed to Onnit) will not be eligible for a refund. Fitness Equipment may be eligible for return for store credit.
To initiate your return, please complete our Refund Request Form and you will receive a response from a Customer Service Associate within a few business days. This will include our return address and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number to include as a reference on the return label.
Note: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns are the responsibility of the customer and we are unable to provide a return label for any international returns, unfortunately. Please select a carrier that includes package tracking, and please provide that tracking information to the Associate that is supporting your return. This ensures we have access to the package while it's in transit and can see if there are any issues with delivery or receiving at our fulfillment center.
In your returning package, please include a note with your name, email address, order ID, and RMA to help expedite your return.
Once we receive a return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post, which is dependent on the original payment source.
Note: Onnit's return window is 90 days (3 months). If the desired order for the return was placed outside of 90 days, your request may only qualify for store credit at the discretion of Customer Service. Please reach out to Customer Service for further assistance or additional questions before returning any item(s).
