Did you complete checkout as a guest but have an order, subscription, or subscription order that needs to be cancelled?
If you have completed a purchase on Onnit.com, we have an account for you! If you opted to breeze through checkout, we used the information provided during checkout to create that account, and you should have received an email to set your password.
Didn't set a password? Worry not! Because we have your email address on file, you can use the "forgot password" link below the login information to reset one. Be sure to check both your inbox and junk folder for that email, as it can land in either place.
Once you have access and have logged into your account, you can complete your cancellation request on your own time, either from your Account Dashboard's Subscription Profile or our simple Subscription Cancellation Tool. This form only needs your email address OR order ID and the zip or postal code the order shipped to.
Please note that once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. We can, however, cancel your subscription at any time.
