Domestic Services
USPS
USPS offers standard domestic shipping to most locations, including Hawaii, Alaska, all US territories, deployed military addresses, and all PO Boxes. Packages deliver Monday through Saturday and tracking is available on USPS.com. Orders over 70lbs will not be offered this service due to a carrier weight restriction. There is no delivery estimate with this service.
UPS Ground
UPS Ground is a standard UPS service that delivers Monday through Saturday. UPS does not include the date of package pickup as a transit day and should not be considered in your transit estimate. Most packages will be left at the residence doorstep or upon drivers' discretion, with a building / leasing office when applicable. This service is non-signature required and tracking is available through UPS.com. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes. The delivery estimation is approximated based on location, but may vary depending on any unforeseen delays in transit.
UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air is an express service with transit and delivery days of Monday through Friday and delivery hours between 8am - 8pm local time. This division of UPS is closed on Saturday and Sunday.
The two day guarantee is based on transit days. UPS does not include the date of pickup as a transit day.
Most packages will be left at the residence doorstep or upon drivers discretion, with a building / leasing office when applicable. This service is non-signature required and tracking is available through UPS.com.
UPS SurePost
UPS SurePost is a combination service carried by UPS and delivered to USPS sort facilities in the destination city to complete delivery. Delivery days are Monday through Saturday in most locations, with some areas offering Sunday deliveries with local USPS. Most packages will be left in the mailbox or if the parcel will not fit, may be left at the front door or with a building / leasing office when applicable. This service is only available for orders totaling up to $200 USD.
**Keep in mind it may take 12 - 24 hours for UPS and USPS to update tracking information on their sites.
International Services
UPS Worldwide Express
UPS Worldwide Express is an express service that delivers Monday through Friday in most countries. The transit and delivery timeline is anticipated within 2 - 7 business days, location dependent and barring any unforeseen issues at customs. Import duties and/or taxes are paid for by Onnit on your behalf. Tracking is available on UPS.com.
UPS Worldwide Saver
UPS Worldwide Saver is an express service that delivers Monday through Friday in most countries. The transit and delivery timeline is anticipated within 2 - 7 business days, location dependent and barring any unforeseen issues at customs. Import duties and/or taxes are paid for by Onnit on your behalf. Tracking is available on UPS.com
**All carrier options offer tracking and that will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please keep in mind that it is the customer's responsibility to monitor package tracking until delivery has been completed. If there are any issues with delivery, please reach out to Customer Service promptly so we can assist.
