Once an order has been placed, we are unable to edit items in the order. If needing to remove an item(s), the order will need to be cancelled. If wanting to add an item(s), a secondary order will have to be placed.
Address changes may be granted, but there are some exceptions. Only minor changes can be made. A minor change is correcting a street number or adding/updating a unit or apartment number. Major changes, such as changing the city, zip code, or state cannot be made. This requires cancellation of the original order to allow for a new order to be placed with the correct information.
Once an order has been released for shipment or shipped, the order details cannot change, so please act fast is something is incorrect!
