In order to cancel your Subscribe & Save subscription or a subscription created by a Free Trial offer, please visit our Subscription Cancellation Tool. For this, you will need to provide the delivery zip or postal code and email address associated with the subscription.
If there is a pending order that has not yet been released for shipment associated with the subscription, it can also be cancelled and refunded via the tool. If there is an order has been released for shipment or is in Shipped status, it cannot be cancelled through the tool.
Any order that has shipped can still be returned for a refund, as long as the order was placed within 90 days (3 months). Once you have received the package, please complete the Return Request Form and our Customer Service team will be in touch with next steps.
