To begin the refund process:
1) Complete the Refund Request Form
2) You will be contacted by our Customer Service team to complete the process.
We offer such a stellar refund policy because we truly believe in our products and want our customers to give them an honest and fair shot. Refund requests will not be processed earlier than two weeks after the product has been delivered.
Per our Refund Policy, we require the return of any unused product (not including "entry-level" amounts) to receive a full refund. Empty bottles and damaged items (that have not been previously disclosed to Onnit) will not be eligible for a refund. Fitness Equipment may be eligible for return for store credit.
Note: Onnit's return window is 90 days (3 months) from the date of original purchase. Outside of 90 days, your request may only qualify for store credit at the discretion of Customer Service. Please reach out to customer service for further assistance or additional questions before returning any item(s).
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive a return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post, which is dependent on the original payment source.
You can expect an email once your return has been received and processed.
