To begin the refund process:
1) Complete the Refund Request Form
2) You will be contacted by our Customer Service team to complete the process.
We offer such a stellar refund policy because we truly believe in our products and want our customers to give them an honest and fair shot. Refund requests will not be processed earlier than two weeks after the product has been delivered.
Per our refund policy, we require the return of any unused product (not including "entry-level" amounts) to receive a full refund. Fitness Equipment may be eligible for return for store credit. Please reach out to customer service for further assistance or additional questions before returning any item(s).
In your returning package, please include a note with your name, email address, and order ID in your returning package so help expedite your transaction.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once we receive a return, please allow between 7-10 business days for processing. After initiating the refund, funds can take 3-7 business days to post, which is dependent on the original payment source.
You can expect an email once your return has been received and processed.
