If dissatisfied with your Blendec™ product, please let us know by emailing our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling us directly at 1-855-ONNIT-99. At that point, we will open communication with the manufacturer to begin the refund process on your behalf. Once Blendtec™ verifies the purchase date of your product, they will provide information on how to return the product back to them. You will then need to return the product back to Blendtec™ directly as the manufacturer requires the return of the product to their facility within 30 days of delivery in order to be eligible for a refund. After the 30 day time frame, Blendtec™ will repair or replace your item in accordance with the warranty outlined in your item's user manual.
Per Blendtec™'s return policy, all original materials must be included with the returned shipment. Failure to provide all items included in the shipment will result in a delay or refusal of your refund.
REPAIRS to your Blendtec™ product must be handled directly by the Blendtec Customer Service Team (1-800-BLENDTEC) for troubleshooting purposes. Unfortunately, we cannot call on your behalf for the purpose of repairs to your product. You will need to be prepared to provide the Serial Number and be in proximity of the blender to answer troubleshooting questions as their staff will initially try to walk you through a series of quick fixes depending on the problem.
